Pushing The Music is an independent music marketing and promotion service using various outlets of social media and the internet combined with data science to ”push indie artists to the top of the charts.” From various types of daily social media posts to blog submissions to general business needs, PTM is here to help the indie artist.

From mid 2010 to mid 2012 I did what you can call a ”hobby trial run” under my personal Twitter account. I promo’d for some of my favorite indie artists. (I wasn’t asked to do anything, I just did it.) Most never had a service like this or knew how beneficial it actually was. They told me how much it helped them meet targets and goals. 1 artist had me doing a majority of the social media promotions for his album. Another told me I played a big part in helping her break onto the Billboards. I was bringing in new fans weekly. I’m currently working with a couple Grammy award winning artists/producers.

I’m launching PUSHING THE MUSIC on June 1st. But before I launch I need to gather feedback/data. I’m using information I learned from some of the top marketing experts and data scientists and applying it to help indie artists. I need you all to answer a BRIEF questionnaire. This will take no more than 4 to 5 minutes of your time. The fans have 1 and the indie artists/producers have 2.
